Traffix Group worked closely with Mirvac, Freemasons Victoria and Bates Smart on the redevelopment of the Dallas Brooks Hall site into the new Eastbourne comprising 275 luxury residential apartments, office space and a function centre.
We assisted with plans for the planning approval, and access and loading arrangements for the Epworth Freemasons redevelopment via the Eastbourne project.
