Traffix Group were engaged by Castlerock Property Developments Pty Ltd to undertake a traffic engineering assessment for a proposed commercial development at 158-186 Walker Street, Townsville. A detailed review and design advice of the proposed car parking and bicycle layout and vehicle access arrangements was provided to satisfy the relevant standards and statutory requirements.
A written Traffic Engineering Assessment was prepared to accompany the application which included a car parking reduction against default statutory rates.
