Charmaine Dunstan is a founding Director of Traffix Group, and is widely recognised as the leading expert in Transport Planning in Victoria and across Australia.
Charmaine has extensive consulting experience in a range of transport-related projects for private sector and government clients.
Her fields of expertise include development impact assessment of land use developments, outdoor advertising signs, traffic management, transportation planning, road safety planning and engineering, parking management and strategy development.
She appears as an expert witness at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Planning Panels, Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Supreme Court on land use development proposals. Her ability to identify and solve critical issues in projects and convey complex concepts to stakeholders, particularly under cross-examination, is a valued resource.
Charmaine is a Fellow of the Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association, and has been awarded the VPELA’s Young Professional and Engineers Australia Young Engineer of the Year.
