Henry Turnbull is the founding principal of Traffix Group.
Henry is highly regarded in the transport planning and traffic management industry for his specialist expertise and substantial experience. This includes metropolitan and regional traffic engineering, as well as transport planning at the strategic and development levels.
His experience and expertise in planning projects put him in demand as an expert witness at the Victorian Civil Appeals Tribunal and Planning Panels.
Henry served for 35 years as a sessional member of Planning Panels Victoria, is a life fellow and former president of the Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association, and was a member of the Minister for Planning’s Advisory Committee reviewing the Victorian Planning Provisions Clause 52.06 (Car Parking).
