Traffix Group assisted in developing plans for the redevelopment of the former Richmond Plaza Shopping Centre to provide for a revitalised inner city shopping centre, with a full line Coles supermarket and supporting shopping centre, child care centre, commercial office and residential apartments above.
Home Residential ultimately developed the site for their new Home Richmond Quarter, which provides over 350 residential apartments, managed within a Built to Rent scheme, with only 50% of apartments with a car space.
