The site provided a unique challenge given its frontage to a major arteria road and rear laneways.
A bespoke access solution was proposed, providing for a unique deceleration entrance lane to an internal service road, facilitating high quality access to basement car parking areas, ground level pick-up/drop-off spaces for visitors and uber/taxi services.
