This project involved a Transport Impact Assessment of a proposed residential development with a maximum yield of 542 dwellings.
Traffix Group services included data collection, modelling of the traffic impacts, assessment of the car parking and bicycle parking requirements, transport design requirement advice and preparation of a Transport Impact Assessment Report.
A secondary assessment was also undertaken for this project, wherein ‘sensitivity testing’ was conducted to provide confidence to the project team that a higher development yield (750 – 2,000+ dwellings) could be accommodated by the surrounding road network and other potential implications should the yield be revised and increased.
