Traffix Group assisted throughout the development proposal for this multi-tower, up to 17-storey mixed use development comprising in the order of 550 apartments, ground level shops and office space.

The site provided a unique challenge given its frontage to a major arteria road and rear laneways.

A bespoke access solution was proposed, providing for a unique deceleration entrance lane to an internal service road, facilitating high quality access to basement car parking areas, ground level pick-up/drop-off spaces for visitors and uber/taxi services.

Traffix Group successfully negotiated a high-quality access outcome with the Department of Transport and Planning, ensuring a smooth process for such a major development and avoiding the need for any appeal.
