Traffix Group prepared a Traffic Engineering Assessment during the planning approval process and prepared a Traffic Management Plan for the construction stage.

We also assisted the client with discussions and negotiations with Council and DTP to gain relevant agreements for the extent of external road works.

The review included detailed site inspections, adopting a Road Safety Audit methodology, to idtentify safety risks and develop mitigation measures.

Our role involved the design of a gantry to protect pedestrians walking past the construction site, and a truck delivery area separate from passing traffic.

We achieved stakeholder approval, which was crucial to the successful delivery of the project, by working closely with the client and stakeholders.

The Master Plan envisages an unprecedented transformation of structures and built form within the Senior Campus associated with relocating Year 7 & 8 students to the Campus. The project includes creation of new car parking facilities underneath the Chapel Oval and modifications to vehicle access to/from the site and surrounding road network.

Traffix Group assisted the project team in the preparation of a transport impact assessment to accompany the Master Plan application and continue to provide ongoing transport design and engineering services, including construction traffic management advice.
