<p>Charter Hall engaged Traffix Group to provide traffic engineering services to help re-develop Rosebud Plaza.</p>



<p>The project included the re-location of an anchor supermarket tenant as well as the provision of new retail offerings.</p>



<p>These works included the provision of a new vehicle access point to the site from Point Nepean Road, new pedestrian crossings and modifications to the existing carpark layout.</p>



<p>Traffix Group assisted the project team in the preparation of a transport impact assessment to accompany the Development Plan Amendment, the preparation of a Functional Layout Plan, Road Safety Audit and transport design and engineering services. </p>

					<description><![CDATA[Traffix Group assisted the project team for planning applications for the conversion of a former Masters tenancy to incorporate a number of large format retail uses and the provision of a new convenience restaurant.]]></description>

<p>Traffix Group has had a close involvement with Rockbank’s newest housing estate, which will contain 1300 lots with a town centre and community facilities.</p>



<p>We assisted with the precinct structure plan and traffic engineering assessments for permit approvals for the subdivision and internal subdivision layouts.</p>



<p>Our work has also involved preparing concepts and detailed designs of interim and final road networks, traffic signals, roundabouts, shared paths, acceleration/deceleration lanes onto Western Freeway, and obtaining successful approvals by Melton Council and VicRoads.</p>

<p>Home Residential ultimately developed the site for their new Home Richmond Quarter, which provides over 350 residential apartments, managed within a Built to Rent scheme, with only 50% of apartments with a car space.</p>
