Traffix Group assisted on the Lumina Central Town Centre with the preparation of a Transport Impact Assessment and associated carparking and traffic analysis. The team liased with the Road Authority, OVGA, Council and Statutory Planning Authority regarding vehicle access and transport strategy, to ensure appropriate access from multiple road interfaces.
The Skylands Masterplan provides for over 2,500 new dwellings within six walkable neighbourhoods on the Tranmere-Rokeby peninsula on the River Derwent. Traffix Group undertook a high-level strategic traffic engineering assessment, identyfying traffic and access impacts, opporunities and constraints.
Traffix Group has had a close involvement with Rockbank’s newest housing estate, which will contain 1300 lots with a town centre and community facilities.
Traffix Group collaborated with Council and the VPA to develop a transport plan for a new residential precinct comprising approximately 800 hectares and accommodating in the order of 5,000 new dwellings over a 40+ year development timeframe.
