<p>The Tram Grade Separation Project involves the removal of three level crossings along the Glenelg tram line where it crosses Marion Road and Cross Road in Plympton and Morphett Road in Morphetville.</p>



<p>Traffix Group was engaged to prepare long-term traffic guidance schemes, design reports and undertake risk assessments for the staging of the works.<br>Preparation of swept path analysis and sight distance checks were undertaken to ensure that the traffic management configurations are appropriate for construction traffic accessing the site while ensuring the road network remains functional during construction activities.</p>

<p>Main South Road Duplication Project has been undertaken in two stages with the duplication between Seaford and Aldinga (MSR1) which is now open to traffic, and between Alidinga and Sellicks Beach (MSR2) which is currently under construction.</p>



<p>Traffix Group was engaged to prepare long-term traffic guidance schemes and staging plans for the delivery of the works including traffic analysis to assess options throughout delivery.<br>The provision of technical and accurate long-term traffic guidance schemes in a CAD format for the complex staging has enabled the works to be setout on site to create a safe environment for all road users and allow the works to be successfully delivered.</p>

<p>Traffix Group provided input to this project to improve traffic flow along 24km of CityLink Tulla between the CityLink tunnels and Melbourne Airport.</p>



<p>The project involved replacing the old English Street Bridge in 23 days of around-the-clock construction, adding new lanes, and other measures.</p>



<p>Our work included a detailed traffic impact assessment for the proposed 60-hour closure of the Tullamarine Freeway, and a detailed detour plan with over 40 variable message signs across the surrounding road network.</p>

<p>We prepared traffic management plans for all stages of the works, including long-term major road closures during the project.</p>



<p>Our comprehensive traffic management plans incorporated detailed layouts for safety barriers, temporary traffic signals and site access points.</p>
