The team liased with the Road Authority, OVGA, Council and Statutory Planning Authority regarding vehicle access and transport strategy, to ensure appropriate access from multiple road interfaces.

Matchworks Cremorne

The Matchworks Cremorne project involved redevelopment of the former Bryant and May Industrial Complex at Cremorne in Melbourne to provide for a 200-room hotel operated by The Hoxton, approximately 25,000sqm of office floor area and various retail offerings.

Traffix Group provided design services, traffic impact assessment, traffic analysis, parking analysis and assistance with public realm planning including reconfiguration of two local streets.

Our relationships with Council and overall technical ability improved the access arrangements for not only this site, bus was of benefit to the wider area.
