<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Matchworks Cremorne project involved redevelopment of the former Bryant and May Industrial Complex at Cremorne in Melbourne to provide for a 200-room hotel operated by The Hoxton, approximately 25,000sqm of office floor area and various retail offerings.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Traffix Group provided design services, traffic impact assessment, traffic analysis, parking analysis and assistance with public realm planning including reconfiguration of two local streets.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Our relationships with Council and overall technical ability improved the access arrangements for not only this site, bus was of benefit to the wider area.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Our role involved undertaking traffic and parking surveys and transport modelling to evaluate the impacts of such a closure on the surrounding road network, as well as consideration for abutting property access arrangements. This assessment was undertaken in conjunction with the Otter Street project, and Yarra City Council has since constructed both pocket parks!</p>
