A detailed review and design advice of the proposed car parking and vehicle access arrangements was provided to satisfy the relevant standards and statutory requirements. Similarly, a review of the expected waste generation and associated bin provisions was provided.

A written Traffic Engineering Assessment and Waste Management Plan were prepared to accompany the application. Negotiations were undertaken with Council Planners and Engineers to resolve concerns regarding vehicles access and waste collection strategies.

Traffix Group provided design advice, undertook assessments under the provisions of the Albury Development Control Plan and provided a Traffic Engineering Assessment Report as part of the Town Planning Application.
